All transactions will be done using PayPal. This allows for maximum protection for both the purchaser and the seller.
We use Australia Post e-Parcel service for our postage requirements. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email notification featuring an Australia Post tracking number. Please visit www.auspost.com.au/track to track your order.
Please allow between 1-5 working days for dispatch depending on my current volume of orders. Once in the postal system it can take 1-3 business days for metropolitan deliveries. Rural customers should allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery. These delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are an estimate only. We cannot be held liable for any deliveries which fall outside these times. Choosing the express post option will see you getting your order sooner but dispatch time will be the same as I dispatch in the sequence orders arrive.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refund for change of mind on orders for personal or ready made blends. We are happy to offer an exchange should you change your mind or purchase the wrong item for the Love System skincare range.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your delivery if you would like to exchange your item. Please include your name, order number and the reason for exchange and your preferred item. I will contact you with further instructions prior to returning your parcel. Items for exchange must be in original condition (i.e. seal unbroken) and in the original packaging to qualify. For change of mind, the purchaser is responsible for all return and delivery costs associated with the exchange.
Online purchases that are to be returned/exchanged, should include the receipt and merchandise. Please contact me to organise a return and I will supply a return address.
When the product is returned, Naughty Naturopath Mum will check it and determine whether it is faulty. You will receive a notification from Naughty Naturopath Mum about whether it agrees that the goods are faulty within 48 hours of the product’s arrival at the Naughty Naturopath Mum’s Office. If deemed faulty by Naughty Naturopath Mum, a replacement item will be shipped where possible (subject to stock availability) or a refund will be issued.
It is your responsibility to return the goods at your own expense when goods are not faulty. If the returned goods are deemed faulty, a pre-paid e-Parcel return slip will be sent to you via email or post. This slip is to be added to the parcel and returned to the Naughty Naturopath Mum Online Return Orders office for processing.
Naughty Naturopath Mum will not be responsible if your return is lost in transit back to Naughty Naturopath Mum. Therefore we recommend that you send all returns by traceable post.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the day the return arrives at Naughty Naturopath Mum’s Online Return Orders Office.
I strive to ensure all orders despatched in perfect condition. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number and the problem with your item. I will work with you closely to ensure we rectify the issue as soon as possible. Where a product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange (where available).
